resubdivide seven 24-foot wide townhouse lots to accommodate 22-foot
wide townhouses.

resubdivide single family lots and an alley parcel in order to rearrange
the alley turnaround.

Street Dedication Application PLT99-00162
- Approval of a street dedication plat. This plat is for a portion of
King Farm Boulevard at its terminus at I-270, which is to be dedicated
to the City.

months of operation for an existing child day care center located at

Senior High School located at 2100 Baltimore Road, in the R-90 zone.

A. Detailed Application
CPD2000-002Z, King Farm Associates
- approval for Parcel U; an office building referred to as the F-3 office
building at the intersection of King Farm Boulevard and Piccard Drive,
Irvington Centre. The proposal is for a 234,345 square foot, six-story
building with a five level parking structure. The application includes
10,000 square feet of ground floor retail and an amendment to a section
of Piccard Drive.
B. Detailed Application
CPD2000-001G, Boston Properties
Limited Partnership - for the construction of Preserve Parkway within
the Tower Oaks Comprehensive Planned Development (CPD).
