  1. Final Record Plat Application PLT2000-00229 through 00231, Boston Properties LP - for dedication of the right-of-way for Preserve Parkway within Tower Oaks, including a waiver request from Section 25-748(a) of the Zoning Ordinance.

  2. Final Record Plat Application PLT2000-00224, King Farm Associates - for dedication of additional right-of-way on Piccard Drive and the resubdivision of 2 parcels.

  3. Waiver from Section 25-437 of the Zoning Ordinance, Nextel Communications - for a waiver of the underground utility requirement to place a cellular equipment cabinet above ground at 687 Lofstrand Lane.
