I. RECOMMENDED TO MAYOR AND COUNCIL

Text Amendment Application TXT1999-00180, Fairfield Residential, LLC - To amend portions of Article VII, Division 3, Section 25-326 of the Zoning Ordinance, relating to the optional method of development in the O-1 Zone.

II. REVIEW AND ACTION

Detailed Application CPD2000-0002AA, King Farm Associates - to allow construction of 317 multi-family units. Application includes a 152-unit apartment complex surrounding a garage and 40 Moderately Priced Dwelling units.

III. WORKSESSION

Briefing from the Department of Public Works on the differences and similarities in the stormwater management techniques being used in the King Farm and Fallsgrove developments.

IV. REVIEW AND ACTION (Continued)

A. Detailed Application CPD2000-0004H, Fallgrove Associates - to allow construction of a stormwater management (SWM) facility and a spur road connection between Shady Grove Road and Darnestown Road on the Fallsgrove site at the intersection of Shady Grove Road and Darnestown Road.

B. Detailed Application CPD2000-0004C, Fallsgrove Associates - to allow construction of a pump station at Fallsgrove near the intersection of West Montgomery Avenue and Darnestown Road.

C. Comments on Fallsgrove Design Guidelines to be presented to the Chief of Planning for consideration during approval of Design Guidelines for Fallsgrove, per Concept Plan approval CPD99-0004 and Resolution number 1-00.
