TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS

Variance Application APP2000-00730,
Fortune Oaks, LLC - Zoning variances requested from lot size,
building setbacks from abutting public streets, and distance on-site
parking spaces must maintain from abutting public street rights-of-way,
all as required in the I-3 zone. Variances requested in order to construct
a three level office building on the property located at s/w corner
of Tower Oaks Blvd. & the I-270 Interstate Ramp J.
B. Variance
Application APP2000-00737,
Fereidoun & Elizabeth Beiglarbeigi - Variances requested
from side and rear yard setback requirements of the I-1 zone, in
order to construct an auto service repair business facility on the
property at 7424 Westmore Road.

Special Exception SPX2000-00289,
Realty Capital Partners, LLC - A request to modify a previously
approved special exception that allowed temporary and permanent relocation
of the site's drive-thru customer banking facilities in the O-1 zone.
Special exception requested in conjunction with the planned redevelopment
of the subject property located at 611 Rockville Pike.
