I. REVIEW AND ACTION

A. Ownership Plat PLT2000-00234, Patricia A. Harris, Esq. - to divide the property at 2101 Gaither Road into three ownership lots to facilitate the financing associated with the development of the second building on the property.

B. Final Record Plat PLT2000-00236, Boston Properties LP - for approval of a single record lot in the O-3 Zone at Tower Oaks.

II. RECOMMENDATION TO THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL

A. Text Amendment Application TXT2000-0188, St. Mary's Catholic Church, 602 Veirs Mill Road - for a modification to the Zoning Ordinance to allow expansion of a private educational institution under certain conditions.

B. Map Amendment MAP2000-00065, Mayor and Council - to rezone a four-acre portion of Wootton's Mill Park from the R-150 zone to R-150 Historic District.

C. Map Amendment MAP2000-00066, Mayor and Council - to rezone 8 Camden Court, Lot 12, Block A, Wootton's Mill Subdivision from R-150 zone to R-150 Historic District

D. Map Amendment MAP2000-00067, Mayor and Council - to rezone 215 Autumn Wind Way (2.63 acres of land and the house known as the Rose Hill mansion) from the R-S zone to the R-S Historic District.

E. Map Amendment MAP2000-00068, Mayor and Council - to rezone Part Lot 10, Block B of Watts Branch Meadows, also known as 411 Feather Rock Drive, from the R-90 zone to R-90 Historic District.
