I. REVIEW AND ACTION

A. Final Record Plats PLT2000-00235 and PLT2000-00237, King Farm Associates - to resubdivide two parcels in order to accommodate multi-family development; and for street dedication of Ridgemont Avenue and for a portion of a private street known as Elmcroft Boulevard.

B. Use Permit USE1999-0600, Realty Capital Partners, LLC - a development proposal to construct a new office building, structured parking facilities, and new permanent branch banking drive-thru facilities on the subject property at 611 Rockville Pike.

C. . Final Record Plat PLT2000-00212, Realty Capital Partners, LLC - to subdivide the existing deeded lots into a single record lot.

D. Comprehensive Planned Development Concept Plan Amendment CPD1985-0001B, Boston Properties, Inc - to increase the office density within Tower Oaks by approximately 43,000 square feet and the restaurant square footage by approximately 12,000 square feet, and to permit mechanical equipment space normally located on rooftops to not be counted as gross floor area if provided in the cellar of a building in Tower Oaks.
