I. RECOMMENDATION TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS

A. Special Exception Application SPX2000-00288, AT&T Wireless Services - a request to install cellular telephone antennas on top of the Glen Mill Road "water tank" and an equipment shelter/building on the site located at 13900 Glen Mill Road.

B. Variance Application APP2000-00740, Opus East d/b/a Park Plaza, II LLC - zoning variance requested from height limit restriction of the I-3 zone in order to construct the second of two office buildings located at 2101 Gaither Road.

II. REVIEW AND ACTION

A. Detailed Application CPD2000-0004F, Fallsgrove Retail Group, LLC - Approval of the Fallsgrove Village Center. Application includes146,940 square feet of retail space, a 75,000 square-foot office building, a multi-modal transit center and a 190 space parking garage.

B. Detailed Application CPD2000-0004E, Fallsgrove Associates - Approval of infrastructure and roads part II to facilitate future development on the Fallsgrove site.

III. RECOMMENDATION TO MAYOR AND COUNCIL

A. Text Amendment Application TXT2000-00185, Mayor and Council, Applicant - To modify the Zoning Ordinance to add drive through only restaurant and accessory drive through windows as new uses and to add stacking requirements for drive through restaurants and accessory drive through windows.

Variance Application APP2000-00744, Donald and Samantha Nelson, 715 Grandin Avenue - a front yard variance for a covered front porch at 715 Grandin Avenue.

Variance Application APP2000-00745, Charlie (Chih-Ming) Yeh - a variance for lot size and setbacks for a private education institution at 215 W. Montgomery Avenue.

PLT2000-00238, Potomac Capital Investment Corporation - resubdivision of existing lot at PEPCO Rockville Service Center, 200 W. Gude Drive.

PLT2000-00239, Potomac Capital Investment Corporation - Resubdivision of existing lot at PEPCO Rockville Service Center at 520 Gaither Road.

Comprehensive Planned Development CPD2000-0004J, Fallsgrove - Construction of 55,060 square foot office building at intersection of Shady Grove and W. Montgomery Avenue.

Comprehensive Planned Development CPD99-002T2, King Farm Associates - to modify previously approved detailed plan to add 2 single family units to Block EE, south of Redland Road, west of Frederick Road.
