I. REVIEW AND ACTION
A. Final Record Plat PLT2000-00223, Investment Properties, Inc. - to resubdivide existing lots into a single lot near the corner of Dover Road and East Gude Drive to accommodate a development proposal.

B. Final Record Plat PLT1999-00190, Don Hinton - a final record plat and planned right-of-way dedication for future roadway widening and improvements on property located at northeast corner of Chapman and Bou Avenues.

C. Final Record Plat PLT2000-00238 and PLT2000-00239, Potomac Capital Investment- to resubdivide 2 existing lots at PEPCO Rockville Service Center, along the west side of Gaither Rd between West Gude Drive and Redland Boulevard.

D. Time Extension Request for Use Permit USE96-0559, Allen J. Riley Marital Trust, - request for a one-year time extension for the implementation of the approved plans for a 66,300 square foot office building at 1151 Seven Locks Road (behind existing office building fronting on Fortune Terrace).

E. Time Extension Request for Use Permit USE97-0577, FP Rockville Limited Partnership - request for a one-year time extension for the implementation of approved plans for a 620,000sq.ft retail and office complex at the northwest corner of East Middle Lane and Rockville Pike.
