II. RECOMMENDATION TO THE MAYOR & COUNCIL

Text Amendment Application TXT1999-00180, Fairfield Residential LLC - to amend portions of the Zoning Ordinance relating to the optional method of development in the O-1 (Office Building) Zone.

III. REVIEW AND ACTION

Final Record Plat PLT2000-00227, King Farm Associates - to resubdivide existing lots to accommodate 20-ft wide townhouse lots, increasing the number of lots on the block by 2.

Detailed Application CPD2000-0004G, TF Homes - to construct 202 residences on a portion of the Fallsgrove site. Proposal includes 127 single family attached units, 65 single family detached units and 10 single family detached MPDU's.

IV. RECOMMENDATION TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS

Special Exception SPX2000-00291, Thomas & Karen Kavanagh - a request to establish a one bedroom accessory apartment on the second level of a new two story home addition, which is to be constructed on the existing dwelling located at 803 Grandin Avenue, in the R-60 Zone.

Variance and Appeals Applications APP2000-00747, Lawrence K. Cohen - a variance to construct a 16 x 20 addition and a 16 x 12 deck at 1505 Defoe St.

Use Permit Application USE2000-00622, Shannon Allcock- a proposed auto filling station at the Northwest Quadrant of Gude Drive and Southlawn Lane.

USE PERMIT AMENDMENT USA1996-0561A, National Lutheran Home - for a 1,855 sq. ft. laundry facility addition.
