A. Recommended APPROVAL (6-0) of Special Exception Application, SPX2001-00307, J. Robert Terringo - to establish an accessory apartment on the second level of a two-story home and garage addition being constructed at 2 Harrowgate Court.
B. APPROVED (6-0) Comprehensive Planned Development CPD2000-0004G1, TF Homes/Eakin Youngentob Associates - amendment to change from 4 single-family detached homes to 8 townhomes at Fallsgrove.
C. APPROVED (6-0) Final Record Plats, amendments to approved plats PLT2001-00322 through PLT2001-00326, TF Homes/Eakin Youngentob Associates - amendments to approved plats to accommodate minor site adjustments and changes of unit types at Fallsgrove.
D. APPROVED (6-0) Citywide Master Plan - to approve a resolution recommending the adoption of the Citywide Master Plan, as amended by the Addendum and Errata Sheet.
