I. REVIEW AND ACTION

A. Special Exception Application, SPX2001-00307, J. Robert Terringo - to establish an accessory apartment on the second level of a two-story home and garage addition being constructed at 2 Harrowgate Court.

B. Comprehensive Planned Development CPD2000-0004G1, TF Homes/Eakin Youngentob Associates - amendment to change from 4 single-family detached homes to 8 townhomes at Fallsgrove.

C. Final Record Plats, amendments to approved plats PLT2001-00322 through PLT2001-00326, TF Homes/Eakin Youngentob Associates - amendments to approved plats to accommodate minor site adjustments and changes of unit types at Fallsgrove.

II. WORKSESSION

A. Citywide Master Plan - to review the draft Addendum and Errata Sheet that was prepared based on the direction provided by the Planning Commission at its worksession of December 5, 2001.

III. REVIEW AND ACTION (continued)

D. Citywide Master Plan - to approve a resolution recommending the adoption of the Citywide Master Plan, as amended by the Addendum and Errata Sheet.

Maryland law and the Planning Commission's Rules of Procedure regarding ex parte (extra-record) communications require all discussion, review, and consideration of the Commission's business take place only during the Commission's consideration of the item at a scheduled meeting. Telephone calls and meetings with Commission members in advance of the meeting are not permitted. Written communications will be directed to appropriate staff members for response and included in briefing materials for all members of the Commission.
