I. REVIEW AND ACTION

A. Waiver Request from Section 25-437, Don Hinton – to amend approved waiver from below-ground transformer requirement for car wash at Bou Avenue and Chapman Avenue.

II. RECOMMENDATION TO THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL

A. Map Amendment MAP2003-00088, Mayor and Council - to rezone 419 Reading Avenue from R-60 to R-60-HD (Historic District)

B. Comprehensive Transportation Review - to establish methodology for multi-modal transportation impact studies.

C. Zoning Text Amendment TXT2003-00202 and the Adequate Public Facilities Standards, Mayor and Council - to require the provision of adequate public facilities in connection with development or redevelopment within the City, and establish recommended Adequate Public Facilities Standards.
