A. APPROVED (7-0) Waiver Request from Section 25-437, Don Hinton – to amend approved waiver from below-ground transformer requirement for car wash at Bou Avenue and Chapman Avenue.
II. RECOMMENDATION TO THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
A. RECOMMENDED APPROVAL (7-0) East Rockville Neighborhood Plan – recommendation of text changes to address public hearing issues and adoption of resolution of approval and addendum and errata sheet.
