I. REVIEW AND ACTION

 A. Comprehensive Planned Development Detailed Application CPD2005-0001L, Boston Properties, Limited Partnership – for approval of a 189,273 square foot, 7-story office building at 1 Preserve Parkway in Tower Oaks.

 B. Comprehensive Planned Development Detailed Application CPD2005-0001M, Tower-Dawson LLC – for approval of a 9-story, 198,000 square foot office building, a 300-room hotel and 75,000 square foot fitness center at the southeast corner of Wootton Parkway and Tower Oaks Boulevard in Tower Oaks.

II. DISCUSSION AND INSTRUCTION TO STAFF

 A.   Lincoln Park Neighborhood Plan – new neighborhood plan for Planning Area 6 to replace the 1984 Lincoln Park Neighborhood Plan.  The area is bounded generally by the Metro/CSX tracks on the west, Ashley Avenue on the north, North Horners Lane on the east and Lincoln Avenue on the south.

 B.   Lincoln Park Conservation Plan – for new residential development standards in Lincoln Park to preserve neighborhood character.
