I. REVIEW AND ACTION

A.  Comprehensive Planned Development Detailed Application CPD2005-0004W, ASHA Building – for construction of a five-story, 133,870 square foot office building on Research Boulevard, north of its intersection with West Gude Drive, in the Fallsgrove development. 

B. Comprehensive Planned Development Detailed Application CPD2005-0004X, Wood Hill Road Office Building – for construction of a three-story, 31,000 square foot office building at the corner of Wood Hill Road and West Montgomery Avenue in the Fallsgrove development.

The following applications were submitted in January, 2006:

Street Closing and Abandonment SCA2006-00097, Montgomery County Government – for the abandonment of an unimproved section of Mt. Vernon Place, between Monroe Street and Maryland Avenue, in the  Rockville Heights subdivision.

Final Record Plat PLT2006-00455, Fallsgrove Holdings LLC – for creation of a single record lot of 1.42 acres in the Fallsgrove CPD.

Text Amendment TXT2006-00218, Mayor and Council of Rockville – to remove provisions for pipestem lots from the Zoning Ordinance.
