The following applications were submitted in March, 2006:

  1. Variance Application APP2006-00858, James D. Kelly – for a variance to construct an addition onto the rear of the existing house and replace a portion of existing deck and an addition at 3 Pipestem Court.
  2. Variance Application APP2006-00859, Kevin Gallagher – for a variance from the front yard setback requirement for a front porch at 1200 Highwood Road.
  3. Use Permit Application USE2006-00696, JBG/Shady Grove Land LLC – for the first two residential buildings to implement PDP2004-0007 on Blocks E and F at 7 Choke Cherry Road.
  4. Residential Townhouse RTH2006-00021, Board of Education – Request for an initial RTH application that seeks a residential townhouse development for 104 residential dwelling units at 570 N. Stonestreet Avenue.
