I. RECOMMENDATION TO BOARD OF APPEALS

A.   Special Exception SPX2005-00363, Georgetown Hill Child Care Center – for the expansion of an existing day school by one classroom, increasing enrollment, in the R-90 Zone at 850 Nelson Street.

II. REVIEW AND ACTION

A.    Final Record Plat PLT2006-00461, Tower Dawson, LLC – for the creation of four record lots totaling 23,035 acres in the O-3 Zone in the Tower Oaks development.

B.    Use Permit Application USE2006-00696, JBG/Market Square, LLC – for the construction of 431 units and structured parking in two buildings within the Upper Rock development at 1-11 Choke Cherry Road in the I-3 Zone.

III. RECOMMENDATION TO THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL

A.   Lincoln Park Neighborhood Plan – to consider recommended changes to the Plan, and the resolution to approve and forward to the mayor and Council.

B.   Lincoln Park Conservation Plan - to consider recommended changes to the Plan, and the resolution to approve and forward to the mayor and Council.
