The following applications were submitted in July, 2006:

  1. Variance Application APP2006-00867, Geoffrey Becker – for a variance from the rear yard setback requirement to construct a screened-in porch at 3 Vallingby Circle.
     
  2. Special Exception Application SPX2006-00366, Red Roof Inns Inc – to convert and renovate floor space located in the existing Red Roof Inn for use and operation of a branch bank with drive-thru facilities at 16001 Shady Grove Road.
     
  3. Comprehensive Planned Development CPD2003-02AC2, King Farm Associates – an amendment to construct F-8 and F-7 buildings, Phases 2 and Phase 3 garage, and related paving additions/modifications on Piccard Drive.

Written communications will be directed to appropriate staff members for response and included in briefing materials for all members of the Commission.
