I. PUBLIC HEARING

A.  Annexation ANX2005-00138, Westmore Development LLC and Meadow Lo Corporation – for the annexation of 10.51 acres of land located at 950 Stonestreet Avenue into the corporate limits of Rockville, with 10.35 acres to be zoned R-60 (One Family Detached, Residential) and .155 acres to be zoned I-1 (Service Industrial).

II. WORKSESSION

A.   Discussion of the City’s Telecommunications Policy and Zoning Regulations with staff.

III. BRIEFING

A.  Staff to provide briefing on Planned Residential Unit Detailed Application PRU2006-0022A – for approval of 36 new single family homes, the retention of two existing single family homes and construction of seven condominium units, and the construction phasing plan, of the redevelopment of the former Chestnut Lodge property at 500 West Montgomery Avenue.

1. Final Record Plat PLT2006-00466, Catherine P. McAlpine Eig – for the resubdivision of three existing lots into two record lots at 315 Baltimore Road.

2. Use Permit Amendment USA1977-0058B, 1632 E. Gude LLC – to amend the existing use permit to allow the use of a Tutor Time Learning Center at 1632 E. Gude Drive.

3. Use Permit Application USE2006-00701, Bank of America – for the construction of a bank branch with drive-through at 800-802 Hungerford Drive
