A. Special Exception SPX2005-00364, Omnipoint Communications CAP Operations, LLC (T-Mobile) – to construct a wireless communication facility in the form of a 50-foot tall monopole in the R-60 Zone at Julius West Middle School, 651 Great Falls Road.

The following applications were submitted in November, 2006:

1. Use Permit Amendment USA2003-0673A – for the deletion of one handicap parking space from Block 5 at 360 Hungerford Drive.

2. Comprehensive Planned Development CPD2000-0004M2 – for the modification to CPD2000-0004M for the addition of walls and fences for screening, safety and security purposes at 200 Wood Hill Road.

3. Use Permit Amendment USA2003-0674C – to delete one handicap parking space in Block 5 and add to Block 4 at 131 Gibbs Street.
