I. RECOMMENDATION TO BOARD OF APPEALS

A. Special Exception SPX2005-00362, Montgomery County Public Schools - for  reconstruction of College Gardens Elementary School at 1700 Yale Place, in the R-90 Zone.

Voted 5-0 to recommend approval to the Board of Appeals (Commissioners Medearis and Holtz absent).

II. REVIEW AND ACTION

A. Use Permit USE20005-00693, Rockville Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses - for the construction of a surface parking lot to serve an existing church in the R-90 Zone at 626 Great Falls Road.

Voted 5-0 for staff to develop findings for denial to be considered at the next meeting (Commissioners Medearis and Holtz absent).
