Condition 8 and modifications to conditions 19, 20, 22 and 23. Request for the waiver of the requirement to install transformers underground was denied by a vote of 2-3, with Commissioners Hilton, Britton and Holtz opposed.
B. Comprehensive Planned Development Detailed Application CPD2005-0004X, Wood Hill Road Office Building – for construction of a three-story, 31,000 square foot office building at the corner of Wood Hill Road and West Montgomery Avenue in the Fallsgrove development.
Approved by a vote of 5-0 (Commissioners Wiener and Johnson absent) with staff conditions, but deleting condition 8. Request for the waiver of the requirement to install transformers underground was approved by a vote of 4-1, with Commissioner Hilton opposed.
