I. RECOMMENDATION TO MAYOR AND COUNCIL

A. Preliminary Development Plan Application PDP2006-00011, KAMB Ltd. – for construction of a 12,524 square foot building for use as a furniture showroom in the RPC (Rockville Pike Commercial) Zone at 900 Rockville Pike.  Voted 6-0 (Commissioner Britton absent) to recommend approval, with an additional condition related to buffering along the rear property line.

II. DISCUSSION AND INSTRUCTIONS TO STAFF

A. Lincoln Park Neighborhood Plan – to consider testimony received and provide staff direction on any recommended changes to the document. Directed staff to research areas of concern and prepare draft resolution and addendum/errata for consideration to approve the Plan.

B. Lincoln Park Conservation Plan - to consider testimony received and provide staff direction on any recommended changes to the document. Directed staff to research areas of concern and prepare draft resolution and addendum/errata for consideration to approve the Plan.
