The following applications were submitted in January 2007:  

1.  Variance Application APP2007-00875, Ludbin Alba – a variance from the front yard setback requirement to construct a single family home at 339 Lincoln Avenue.

2. Final Record Plat PLT2007-00471, Twinard LTD Partnership – for one record lot at the corner of Twinbrook Parkway and Ardennes Avenue. 

3. Final Record Plat PLT2007-00472, GD Armstrong Co., Inc. – for a final record plat for combining two lots into a single record lot at 801 Hungerford Drive.

4. Final Record Plat PLT2007-00473, Janet Mayland – for a final record plat for a single lot at 901 Nelson Street.

5. Final Record Plat PLT2007-00474, Chestnut Lodge – for a final record plat for 10 lots at 500 W. Montgomery Avenue.

6. Final Record Plat PLT2007-00475, Chestnut Lodge – for a final record plat for 28 lots at 500 W. Montgomery Avenue.
