The following applications were submitted in February 2007:  

1. Appeals Application APP2007-00876, Rockville Corporate Center – An Appeals Application for Administrative Appeal at 15 W. Gude Drive.

2. Variance Application APP2007-00877, Scott Norris – a variance to build an accessory building at 415 Mcarthur Drive.

3. Variance Application APP2007-00878, Janice Wilson – for a variance from the front yard setback requirement to build an entry vestibule at 325 Seth Place.

4. Variance Application APP2007-00879, Rockville Town Center LLC – for a variance from the 60-foot build-to-line to 40 feet at 369 Hungerford Drive.

5. Special Exception Application SPX2007-00368, Montgomery Community College – for the construction of a new science center educational building on the Rockville Campus of Montgomery College at 51 Mannakee Street.

6. Special Exception Application SPX2007-00369, Board of Education – for the expansion of Meadow Hall Elementary School.  The expansion includes a gymnasium addition and a relocated paved play area at 951 Twinbrook Parkway.

7. Special Exception Application SPX2007-00370, Halpine Church – for an addition to the elementary school use by interior renovations including the continuation of the current day care at 5906 Halpine Road.

8. Final Record Plat PLT2007-00476, Douglas Kelly – for a final record plat for one lot at 900 Rockville Pike.

9. Use Permit Amendment USA2006-0697A, Rockville Town Center, LLC – to amend Use Permit USE2006-00697 to allow for changes to the parking garage and loading dock.
