I. REVIEW AND ACTION

A. Use Permit USE2006-00702, Champion Billiards and Barstools – for approval of a 12,574 square foot retail building in the RPC Zone at 900 Rockville Pike.

B. Final Record Plat PLT2007-00476, Douglas Kelly – for approval of a single record lot of 25,863 square feet in the RPC Zone at 900 Rockville Pike.

C. Use Permit USE2006-00699, Duball Rockville LLC (Attachments) – for approval of 485 multifamily units and 45,300 square feet of ground floor retail and associated structured parking in two buildings in the TC-4 Zone at 196 and 198 East Montgomery Avenue.

The following applications were submitted in March 2007:  

1.  USA2000-0624A, T-Mobile Northeast LLC - to amend the use permit for the installation of 9 antennas to be located on a replacement stadium light pole with equipment cabinet to be placed under stadium bleachers at Rockville High School, 2100 Baltimore Road

2.  Special Exception Application SPX2007-00372, Sorosh Sadeghi – to install a stove in basement for use by applicant’s parents at 316 W. Edmonston Drive.  

3.  Special Exception Application SPX2007-00371, Research Office Inc. – Addition of a branch and associated parking at 1455 Research Blvd.
