A. Comprehensive Planned Development Detailed Application CPD2006-004AA (2.4MB), Fallsgrove Hotel Associates LLC – for the construction of a 133,598 square foot, six-story building containing two hotels in the Fallsgrove Development at the southeast corner of Blackwell Road and Shady Grove Road.

B. Final Record Plat PLT2007-00467, Jonathan Russell – to create a single record lot of 3.76 acres in the Fallsgrove development, associated with Detailed Application CPD2006-004AA.

C. Comprehensive Planned Development Detailed Application CPD2006-004AB (3.8MB), SG Office Associates, LLC – for the construction of a five-story, 114,776 square foot office building and structured parking in the Fallsgrove development at the northeast corner of Blackwell Road and Shady Grove Road.

D. Final Record Plat PLT2007-00468, Jonathan Russell – to create a single record lot of 3.25 acres in the Fallsgrove development, associated with Detailed Application CPD2006-004AB.

The following applications were submitted in April 2007:  

1. Use Permit Application USE2007-00705, Rockville Swim Center – for an addition to the existing swim center at 355 Martins lane.  Comprehensive Detailed Application CPD2007-002AM, King Farm Associates LLC – for an addition of F-6 office building and garage.  The site is located at the corner of Piccard Drive and King Farm Boulevard.

2. Comprehensive Planned Development Detailed Application CPD2007-002AM, King Farm Associates LLC – for an addition of F-6 office building and garage at the corner of Piccard Drive and King Farm Boulevard.

3. Variance Application APP2007-00880, Four Research Place LTD – for variances from the front, side, and rear yard setback requirements and height limit of the I-3 Zone in order to construct an office building and structured parking facilities at 4 Research Place.
