The following applications were filed during the months of May and June 2007: 1. Variance Application APP2007-00881, Peter A. Neame – a variance from the size limitation requirement for accessory buildings to construct a 16’x16’ greenhouse at 106 N. Adams Street. 2. Variance Application APP2007-00882, Chris Holler – a variance from the rear yard setback requirement to expand kitchen and install an uncovered deck at 806 Grandin Avenue. 3. Variance Application APP2007-00883, Christopher McNiff – a variance from front and side yard setback requirement to build an addition at 13217 Aleutian Avenue. 4. Use Permit Amendment USA2006-0696B, Upper Rock District – for the second phase of Residential Buildings #3 and #4 to implement PDP2004-0007 on Blocks G & H. 5. Final Record Plat PLT2007-00479, Bob LoPinto, - for the recordation of an existing vacant single family residential lot located between 512 and 592 N. Horners Lane.
