I. REVIEW AND ACTION

A.  Final Record Plat PLT2007-00489, Reverend Jane Wood – to record a single record lot of 9,175 square feet in the R-60 Zone of a property that has existed by deed for some time at 19 Martins Lane.  Approved by vote of 5-0 (Commissioner Johnson absent) with modification to Condition 4 regarding the recommended access easement.

II. WORKSESSION  

A.  Twinbrook Neighborhood Plan – to discuss issues of concern in Chapter 3, Residentially zoned areas:  Housing.  Conducted worksession.

III. BRIEFING           

A.  Draft Zoning Ordinance - Briefing on Chapters 8-14 of the draft ordinance.  Received briefing.
Voted 5-0 to approved Commissioner Wiener as Chair for 2008.
