I. RECOMMENDATION TO MAYOR AND COUNCIL

A. Map Amendment MAP2008-00103, Mayor and Council of Rockville for rezoning from O-1 to O-1 (HD) to allow the historic designation of the former Rockville Regional Library at 99 Maryland Avenue.

II. WORKSESSION

A. Twinbrook Neighborhood Plan to discuss Chapter 6 (Environment), Chapter 7 (Community Facilities) and Chapter 8 (Implementation) of the draft Plan.

The following applications were filed during the month of March 2008:

1.  Use Permit Amendment USA2000-0606C, Westat, Inc. – an amendment to the approved USA2000-0606C to increase internal square footage of proposed Westat Cafeteria & Fitness Center building at 1600 Research Boulevard. 

2.  Use Permit Amendment USA2004-0677A, Montgomery County Public Schools – an amendment to the existing approved Use Permit USE2004-00677 for grading changes at the baseball and softball fields at 250 Richard Montgomery Drive.

3.  Variance Application APP2008-00892, Bill Boykin – a variance to build a sunroom at 1706 Pasture Brook Way.
