I. REVIEW AND ACTION

A.  Use Permit USE2008-00709, Montgomery County Public Schools (3.15MB)– for the addition of an 8,000 square foot gymnasium to Meadow Hall Elementary School in the R-90 Zone at 951 Twinbrook Parkway. 

II. WORKSESSION

A. Twinbrook Neighborhood Plan – to discuss all previous direction to staff and provide instructions on changes to be made to the draft plan and for preparation of a resolution of approval for transmission to the Mayor and Council. 

B. Draft Zoning Ordinance and Map-for a worksession on the draft zoning ordinance to continue review of public hearing and mapping issues.
