I. RECOMMENDATION TO MAYOR AND COUNCIL

A. Map Amendment MAP2008-00104, Mayor and Councilto change the zoning of 1.6586 acres of land, bounded by Maryland Avenue, Fleet Street and Monroe Street and identified as 101, 103, 105 and 107 Fleet Street and 150 Maryland Avenue, from R-90 to R-90 HD (Historic District).

 II. REVIEW AND ACTION

A. Time Extension for Comprehensive Planned Development Detailed Application CPD2005-002AK, King Farm Associatesfor a second one year time extension to construct a 352,565 square foot office building, including 5,000 square feet or retail/restaurant and 4,087 square feet of conference and fitness space at the northwest corner of the intersection of King Farm Boulevard and Piccard Drive, within the Irvington Centre office area. 

B. Use Permit USE2006-00702, 900 Rockville Pike, KAMB, Ltd., (Champion Billiards) - to construct a two-story, 12,500 square foot furniture retail building with 36 at-grade parking spaces, pursuant to the approved Preliminary Development Plan PDP2005-00011, in the RPC Zone at 900 Rockville Pike.

C. Final Record Plat PLT 2007-00476, Douglas Kelly – for a single record lot of 25,863 square feet in the RPC Zone at 900 Rockville Pike.
