I. REVIEW AND ACTION

A. Final Record Plat PLT2007-00483, Dung Nguyen – for a resubdivision of three existing record lots in the Croydon Park subdivision into a single record lot of 9,375 square feet in the R-60 Zone at 313 S. Horners Lane.  Approved, by a vote of 5-0, with staff conditions, including a modification to condition 2 and to require a 60-foot BRL applicable to the rear ground floor but allow upper story encroachments up to 5 feet. Commissioners Medearis and Ostell absent.

B. Time Extension for PLT2005-00452, Westat, Inc. – for a one-year time extension for a consolidation plat for National Capital Research Park, Lot 18, located in the I-3 Zone at 1450 and 1650 Research Boulevard.  Approved 5-0, with Commissioners Medearis and Ostell absent

II. WORKSESSION

A.  Twinbrook Neighborhood Plan – to discuss the Veirs Mill Road commercial areas and transportation issues associated with the draft Twinbrook Neighborhood Plan.  Conducted worksession; provided direction on Chapter 5 (Transportation) and discussed issues associated with the commercial areas.
