I. RECOMMENDATION TO MAYOR AND COUNCIL

A. Map Amendment MAP2008-00103, Mayor and Council of Rockville – for rezoning from O-1 to O-1 (HD) to allow the historic designation of the former Rockville Regional Library at 99 Maryland Avenue.  Voted 4-1-1, with Commissioner Hill opposed and Commissioner Pakulniewicz-Chidiac abstaining, to recommend denial as not meeting the Master Plan.

II. WORKSESSION

A. Twinbrook Neighborhood Plan – to discuss Chapter 6 (Environment), Chapter 7 (Community Facilities) and Chapter 8 (Implementation) of the draft Plan.  Provided direction to staff on these chapters.
