Approved with staff conditions, 6-0 (Commissioner Hill recused) B. Use Permit Amendment USA1983-0279F, Rockville Corporate Center LLC (site plan) – to modify the site plan to relocate two previously-approved office buildings, and construct a two-level parking deck in the I-3 Zone at 15 and 45 West Gude Drive. Application includes request for waiver to allow two above-ground transformers. Approved with staff conditions as corrected at the meeting and with the recommendation that the applicant consider providing shuttle service to reduce trips generated at the site, 7-0. Waiver for above-ground transformers approved 7-0.
II. RECOMMENDATION TO MAYOR AND COUNCIL A. Map Amendment MAP2008-00104, Mayor and Council of Rockville – for rezoning from R-90 to R-90 (HD) to place 101, 103, 105 and 107 Fleet Street and 150 Maryland Avenue in a historic district. Removed from the agenda at the request of the prospective applicant. B. Text Amendment TXT2008-00220, Mayor and Council of Rockville – for a zoning text amendment to allow the encroachment of covered porches up to 12 feet in the front setback area. Voted 6-0 (Commissioner Wiener absent) to recommend approval, as recommended by staff for front yard encroachments only.
