A. Time Extension for Use Permit USE2005-00689, Rockville Housing Enterprises-for a one-year time extension of the approved Use Permit to construct a new office building at 1301 First Street.  Approved by a vote of 7-0.

II. RECOMMENDATION TO MAYOR AND COUNCIL

A. Text Amendment TXT2007-00219, Mayor and Council of Rockville-for a comprehensive revision to the City’s Zoning Ordinance.  Recommended approval with changes as noted, by a vote of 7-0.

B. Map Amendment MAP2007-00101, Mayor and Council of Rockville-for a comprehensive rezoning of the City pursuant to the revision of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. Recommended approval by a vote of 7-0.
