A.    Time Extension for Detailed Application CPD2006-004AB, SG Office Associates LLC – for a one-year time extension for the 114,776-square foot office and retail building approved for the northeast corner of Blackwell and Shady Grove Roads in the Fallsgrove development. 

B.    Use Permit USE2008-00710, Montgomery College – for the deletion of a condition of approval relating to the fence at Princeton Place.
