PAM2009-00002, Brightview of Rockville, 9200 Darnestown Road - for a 90 Unit assisted living community contained within one building, including amenities.

PAM2009-00003, National Lutheran Home, 9701 Veirs Drive - for an addition of 14,000 sq. ft. of nursing facility.

STP2009-00001, King Farm Presbyterian Retirement, 701 King Farm Boulevard  - for the 3rd revision to the Phase I amended signature set and revision pertaining to the site plan and the landscape plan

STP2009-00002, ZP. NO. 135 LLC, 799 Rockville Pike - to amend previously approved use permit for 3,420 SF walk-in bank to 3,000 SF drive-in bank with two drive-thru lanes.

VAR2009-00001, Matthew D. Shapiro, 533 Brent Road - to extend a carport that was previously granted a variance for its placement.

PLT2009-00497, KG Stamoulis, 121 Mt. Vernon Place - for a two-lot subdivision.
