A.    Ownership Plat PLT2009-00494, JBG/Market Square II for the creation of six new ownership lots within the Upper Rock development in the PD-UR Zone. 

II.       BRIEFING

A.    Green Building Code – for a briefing on proposed revisions to Chapter 5 of the Rockville City Code  (Buildings and Building Regulations) that incorporate environmental requirements such as energy and water efficiency and green standards.

B.    Development Review Manual and Process – for a briefing on the draft manual that outlines new development review processes in text and flowchart form.
