I.    REVIEW AND ACTION

A.    Use Permit Amendment USA1980-0168D, JBG Rockville Hotel LLC for a rearrangement of the mix of uses by increasing the number of hotel rooms from 309 to 315, converting some retail space to office space, converting a racquetball court to an outdoor terrace and constructing a restaurant addition to the front of the building in the MXTD Zone at 1700/1750 Rockville Pike.  

B.    Request for modification of Use Permit USE2009-00712, Chabad Israeli Orthodox Synagogue for a modification to a condition of approval related to the submission of building permits for the synagogue in the R-75 Zone at 216 Rollins Avenue.

II.   RECOMMENDATION TO MAYOR AND COUNCIL

A.  Sectional Map Amendment MAP2009-00106, Mayor and Council of Rockville for a map amendment to correct zoning on properties at 315 Howard Avenue and 110 Crabb Avenue from R-60 to MXB.

1.  Site Plan Amendment STP2009-00004, Board of Education – for the addition of two or more portable units for Beall Elementary School at 451 Beall Avenue.  

2.  Site Plan Amendment STP2009-00005, Board of Education – for the addition of two portable units for Ritchie Park Elementary School at 1514 Dunster Road.  

3.  Site Plan Amendment STP2009-00006, Edmonston Crossing LLC – for a revision of the landscape plan at 1020 Rockville Pike.
