I.    REVIEW AND ACTION

A.    Site Plan STP2009-00002, ZP No. 135 LLC for an amendment to approved Use Permit USE2004-00681 in order to replace a proposed 3,420 square foot walk-in bank with a 3,000 square foot bank with drive-through in the MXCD Zone at 799 Rockville Pike.

II.   RECOMMENDATION TO MAYOR AND COUNCIL

A.    Street Closing and Abandonment SCA2006-00097, Montgomery County for abandonment of a 36,914 square foot portion of unimproved right-of-way for Mt. Vernon Place, between Maryland Avenue and Monroe Street.  

III.  WORKSESSION

A.    Comprehensive Master Plan (5.4 MB file) for an update on work being carried out on the Comprehensive Master Plan (CMP), to discuss the initial findings from the review of the 2002 CMP and to discuss next steps.

1.  Special Exception Application SPX2009-00378, Victory Housing – for an 86-unit, 3-story senior housing building and associated parking at 209 Monroe Street.  

2.  Preliminary Plan PLT2009-00498, Victory Housing – for a proposed subdivision of seven lots at 209 Monroe Street.
