I. RECOMMENDATION TO BOARD OF APPEALS

A.    Special Exception SPX2009-00378, Victory Housing, Inc. (3.3MB) | exhibits (2.3MB) – for the construction of an 86-unit senior adult housing facility in the MXT Zone on property bounded by Maryland Avenue, Fleet Street and Monroe Street. 

II.  DISCUSSION

A.  Comprehensive Master Plan (CMP) – for approval of a recommendation from the Planning Commission to the Mayor and Council regarding the revision of the CMP.

The following applications were filed in July 2009:

1.    Site Plan, STP2010-00011, Americana Center Condo Association, 118 Monroe Street – for the installation of two generators. 

2.    Pre-Application PAM2010-00013, National Capital Presbyterian Inc Tr, 800 Hurley Avenue – for an after-school tutoring service to students in 15 classrooms located on the ground level of the Korean Presbyterian Church of Rockville.

3.     Pre-Application PAM2010-00014, Mayor and Council, Rockville Senior Center, 1150 Carnation Drive – for a 6,070 square foot building addition to the west side of the existing building.  Also an additional 40 parking spaces and minor additional site improvements. 

4.    Pre-Application PAM2010-00015, MHP Town Centre Inc., 254 North Washington Street – for a 74-unit apartment building with associated parking below the building, surface parking and other site improvements.  The existing 60-unit apartment building is to remain.
