A.    Special Exception SPX2010-00379 and Variance VAR2010-00005, National Lutheran Home | Staff Report – for the conversion of the existing nursing and elderly housing facility to a lifecare facility, a 14,000 square foot addition to the nursing facility, a 4,300 square foot addition to the administrative offices and additional parking in the R-400 Zone at 9701 Veirs Drive.

1.     Site Plan STP2010-00015, Americana Center Condo Association, 118 & 4 Monroe Street – for the installation of a generator.

3.    Site Plan STP2010-00017, Montgomery County, 50 Maryland Avenue – for a building addition and site improvement to the existing Montgomery County Judicial Center.
