I.   REVIEW AND ACTION

A.    Time Extension for Use Permit USE2006-00697, Rockville Town Center, LLC - for a one-year time extension of the approved Use Permit that allows development of 287 multifamily units, 6 live/work units and 9,037 square feet of retail space in the PD-KSI Zone at 255 North Washington Street.   

B.     Time Extension for Detailed Application CPD2007-002AM, King Farm Associates LLC for a one-year time extension of the approved Detailed Application that allows development of an eight-story, 262,717 square foot office building in the PD-KF Zone at the southwest corner of Piccard Drive and King Farm Boulevard.
