I.    REVIEW AND ACTION

A.    Time Extension for Detailed Application CPD2006-004AB, SG Office Associates LLC – for a one-year time extension for the 114,776-square foot office and retail building approved for the northeast corner of Blackwell and Shady Grove Roads in the Fallsgrove development. Approved by a vote of 6-0, with Commissioner Hill absent.

B.    Use Permit USE2008-00710, Montgomery College – for the deletion of a condition of approval relating to the fence at Princeton Place. Approved deletion of condition 4.h as requested, and replacement with "The applicant shall continue to work with the Mayor and Council and community to address the concerns of the community raised at the Mayor and Council meeting of February 9 and the Planning Commission meeting of February 11, 2009." by a vote of 6-0, with Commissioner Hill absent.

II.    RECOMMENDATION TO MAYOR AND COUNCIL

A.  Map Amendment MAP2009-00105, Mayor and Council of Rockville – for a comprehensive map amendment to include small portions of the City inadvertently not included in Comprehensive Map Amendment MAP2007-00101. Recommended approval by a vote of 6-0, with Commissioner Hill absent.
