I. RECOMMENDATION TO BOARD OF APPEALS

A.    Special Exception SPX2009-00378, Victory Housing, Inc. (3.3MB) | exhibits (2.3MB) – for the construction of an 86-unit senior adult housing facility in the MXT Zone on property bounded by Maryland Avenue, Fleet Street and Monroe Street. Voted to recommend approval with staff conditions by a vote of 5-0 (Commissioners Tyner and Wiener absent).

II.  DISCUSSION

A.  Comprehensive Master Plan (CMP) – for approval of a recommendation from the Planning Commission to the Mayor and Council regarding the revision of the CMP.  Voted to recommend that the Mayor and Council revise the Comprehensive Master Plan using a two-phase process, as outlined by staff.
