I.    RECOMMENDATION TO MAYOR AND COUNCIL

A.    Project Plan PJT2009-00001, Kol Shalom Synagogue - for approval of a 30,378 square foot place of worship in the R-200 Zone at 9104, 9110 and 9150 Darnestown Road. Recommended approval with staff conditions, except for removal of transportation condition 4 related to off-site sidewalk construction. (6-0, Commissioner Ostell absent).

II.    DISCUSSION

A.    Montgomery County Growth Policy – Memo | Draft Letter – to discus Planning Commission comments on revisions being considered to the policy. Discussed draft letter and additional comments. Final version to be circulated for approval.
