Use Permit Amendment USA1969-0439B, Rockville Joint Venture B - for a change in use from an indoor recreation facility and restaurant to retail use, with a potential grocery store, in the MXCD Zone at 700 Hungerford Drive (formerly Jeepers). II. RECOMMENDATION TO MAYOR AND COUNCIL A. Draft Parks, Recreation and Open Space (PROS) Plan – for a recommendation to the Mayor and Council that the draft Parks, Recreation and Open Space Plan be adopted as a policy document. II. | The following applications were filed in December 2009 and January 2010: 1. Vestry of Prince Georges Parish, 22 West Jefferson Street – for an additional playground area and to modify the previous Special Exception conditions. 2. PAM2010-00019, Homesales Inc. – for an accessory apartment at 406 Park Road. 3. STP2010-00029, PRIM 1801 Rockville Pike LLC – for the addition of an outside seating restaurant. 4.
