I.    RECOMMENDATION TO BOARD OF APPEALS

A.    SPX2010 Special Exception -00382, Eugene Melanson for an accessory apartment in the R-90 Zone at 825 Duke Street.

II.    RECOMMENDATION TO MAYOR AND COUNCIL

A.    Map Amendment MAP2010-00108, Mayor and Council of Rockville for a change in zoning from R-90 to R-90 (HD) in order to create a historic district at 602 Great Falls Road. 

III.    WORKSESSION

A.    Draft Parks, Recreation and Open Space (PROS) Plan – to continue discussion on the Plan, and to develop a recommendation to the Mayor and Council.

The following applications were filed in January 2010:

1.    Variance Application VAR2010-00009, New Mark Commons HOA – to replace an existing chain line fence with the same style and height fence and also extend the fence 140 feet along Monroe Street.  

2.    Variance Application VAR2010-00010, Sidney and K E Mollard – for a screened porch at 610 Warfield Drive.  

3.    PAM2010-00021, Flemings Ultimate Garage – for outdoor auto sales at 1400 Rockville Pike.  

4.    STP2010-00030, SG Office Associates LLC – an amendment to CPD2006-004AB for a sidewalk revision at 14995 Shady Grove Road.
