A.    Parks, Recreation and Open Space (PROS) Plan Draft follow-up on recommendation to the Mayor and Council on the draft Plan.

II.    RECOMMENDATION TO BOARD OF APPEALS

A.    Master Plan Compliance Determination for Special Exception SPX2010-00381, Shelter Development, LLC - for construction of a 90-unit assisted living facility at 9200 Darnestown Road, in the Detached Residential (Medium Density 2.5 to 4.0 Units per Acre) Land Use Category.
